Pumpkin Spice Ganache Affogato

What you’ll need from Goody to make this recipe: Honey Mama’s Limited Edition, Pumpkin Spice 3-pack

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Honey Mama’s Pumpkin Spice Cocoa Truffle bar, chopped
- ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ tsp. pumpkin spice powder
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream (Coconut Bliss Madagascan Vanilla Bean is a great choice)
- 4 shots of espresso or strong coffee (Decaf works too!)
Directions:
- Place Honey Mama’s pieces, pumpkin spice powder and cinnamon in a heatproof bowl. Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat just as it starts to simmer.
- Pour heated milk over the remaining ingredients. Let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk gently until all ingredients are combined.
- Divide ganache evenly among two dessert cups. Top with a couple of scoops of ice cream. Pour hot espresso over the top.
Notes:
- This ganache will get very creamy but will still have some texture due to the pumpkin seeds in the Pumpkin Spice bars. Be sure to whisk gently until the mixture is fully combined, with no oil separation occurring.
Vegan Collagen Boosting Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop Copina Co. Original Plant-Based Collagen Boost
- 2 pitted dates, chopped
- ½ apple, chopped
- ½ cup plant milk
- Dash of cinnamon
- Drizzle date syrup, maple syrup, or your choice of sweetener
Directions:
- Combine oats, chia seeds, Original Plant-Based Collagen Boost, dates, apples, cinnamon, sweetener, and plant milk in a jar.
- Shake well to combine
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours)
- Top with more apples, cinnamon, and nut butter if desire
Apple Compote Parfait with Creamy Tahini & Flaked Halva

Ingredients:
For the apple compote:
- 4 c apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
- 1 tsp cinnamon plus more to top off the parfait before serving
- 1⁄2 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp margarine or plant based butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
For the sweetened yogurt:
- 16 oz plain, Greek style yogurt
- 4 tbsp honey
For the tahini + halva components:
- 1⁄2 c Seed + Mill Organic Tahini
- 8 oz Seed + Mill halva
Directions:
Prep the layers:
Make the apple compote:
- In a medium size bowl, toss the apple chunks with cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine. Add the brown sugar and honey and stir until dissolved.
- Add seasoned apples to the saucepan and stir to coat with margarine mixture. Cook on low, uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove cooked apples from heat, cool and set aside or store in the refrigerator until ready to assemble parfait.
Mix the sweetened yogurt:
- In a small bowl, stir yogurt and honey to combine and set aside.
Prepare the tahini + halva components:
- Spoon tahini into a small bowl and set aside.
- Flake halva with a sharp knife and set aside.
Assemble the parfait:
- Line up 4 glasses on your work surface. Line up ingredients in this order: tahini, apple compote, sweetened yogurt, halva.
- Layer ingredients into glasses beginning with 1 tbsp tahini, 1-2 tbsp apple compote, 2 tbsp sweetened yogurt, and 1 tsp halva.
- Repeat layers so that flaked halva tops off the parfait. Dust each parfait with cinnamon and serve.
Spoon layers into parfait cups, stemless wine glasses, jelly jars or any clear glass container that will show off the layers.
Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Makes 1 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 oz of milk of choice
- 1 double shot of espresso (about 2 oz) or 4 oz strongly brewed coffee
- 1 Tbsp pureed pumpkin
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice mix or make your own with the ingredients below
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (or more to taste)
- Whipped cream to top
- Cinnamon for topping
Directions:
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee and pour into your heated coffee mug.
- In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium low heat and whisk in pumpkin, spices, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth. Take care not to let the milk scald or boil.
- Remove milk from heat once it reaches 155°F - 165°F or once it starts to produce steam.
- Froth milk mixture using a steaming wand, blender, hand mixer, french press, or milk frother.
- Pour milk mixture over coffee, top with a few dollops of whipped cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Coffee Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wandering Bear Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined
Slow Burn: Ghia Mulled

What you’ll need from Goody to make this recipe: Ghia, single bottle
Prep time: 10 min + 1 hour to steep
Makes 1 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ghia
- 8 oz water
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp coriander and/or fennel seeds, whole
- Fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
Directions:
Combine water and fresh ginger slices with coriander and/or fennel seeds in a saucepan over low heat and stir. Bring to a simmer and let steep for one hour, then strain. Add 2 oz Ghia and honey to taste. Drink from a mug while it's warm.
