How Goody Gift Collections Work

Here at Goody, customers often ask us, "Do I have to choose a gift? Can I just set a price point and let my recipient choose whatever they want?" 

The answer? Absolutely! Here's how:

Send a Treat Yourself gift collection

This is the single most popular gift option on Goody. It's like the flexibility of a gift card combined with the thoughtfulness of a real gift.

With Goody's Treat Yourself gift collection, you simply set any price point above $25. Your recipient can choose any gift from our entire store of 350+ brands, excluding alcohol and most retail gift cards. They won't see the amount you set, only gifts that fall in that price range (with any taxes, shipping and fees included).

As a sender, you can preview all the gift options that your recipient will see to get a sense of what's available.

Like all gifts sent on Goody, you only pay when your recipient accepts. And please note that you'll usually end up paying a bit less than the amount you set. For example, if you sent someone a $50 Treat Yourself gift, your recipient could choose a $35 set of Graza olive oil that comes to $45 with shipping and taxes. You're only charged $45.

Send a themed gift collection

Themed gift collections work exactly like the Treat Yourself collection, but instead of including all gifts from our entire store catalog, they feature gifts that are curated for a specific holiday or theme.

For example, if you know your recipient is a bit of a gourmand, you could send a Gifts for the Foodie gift collection. Or if you want to honor BIPOC-Owned businesses, you could send a gift collection that features only BIPOC-Owned brands.

Like the more open-ended Treat Yourself gift collection, themed gift collections give recipients many options to choose from at whatever price point you set. (With no pricing shown.)
