Set and manage budgets

Admins can now create and manage budgets for individual members of their organization. 

Once you upload funds, you can allocate them to members of your org, either in the form of one-time budgets or recurring (quarterly or monthly) budgets. Admins can track budget usage by team members and reallocate budgets as needed.

Gift budgets can empower team members across a range of functions:

- BDRs & SDRs: Set a monthly budget for sales prospecting gifts

- Sales reps & CSMs: Give reps quarterly budgets to accelerate deals and renewals

- People managers: Set discretionary budgets for morale-boosting team gifts

- Recruiters: Provide gift budgets to engage and nurture sought-after candidates

The new Goody for Salesforce app brings the full power of Goody right into your CRM.

Once you add Goody’s Lightning widget to your Salesforce instance, your reps can send gifts, view past gifts, and read thank you notes. Goody’s app lets you send and track gifts from leads, contacts, opportunities and even lists. Even better, you can set automatic followup tasks for your team members after gifts are accepted.

One of the new features we’re most excited about is Goody + Calendly, an integration to turn your gift campaigns into qualified meetings.

Once you add your preferred Calendly link, you can require recipients to schedule a call before they can accept your gift. (You can also display an optional scheduling page after your gift is accepted, if you prefer.)

For example, a BDR could send a $15 DoorDash gift card (“Lunch on me?”) and require the recipient to book a meeting in order to accept it. Or a marketer could run mass Sponsored Message campaigns to ABM targets on LinkedIn, offering a gift incentive for meetings, and watch the MQLs roll in.

In a pilot case study, we found that when teams incorporated Goody + Calendly in their outbound sales campaigns, they generated 370% more meetings. Moreover, we observed lower-than-average no-show rates among users who received a gift incentive. The reciprocity effect really works!
