Introducing Printed Gift Notes

A thoughtful gift deserves a thoughtful message. That's why Goody’s digital cards have always let you share a personal message with your gift.

Now, your message can be delivered with gifts from 30 participating brands, printed on a card inside the box.

Printed gift notes make your words part of the unboxing experience, whether you're celebrating an employee, thanking a client, or reaching out to a prospect.

Why we built it

A digital card is a great way to make someone's day, especially when you want them to enjoy the surprise of choosing their own gift. But sometimes, you want your message to be part of the physical gift, too.

Printed gift notes add that extra touch. With Direct Send, you can turn off notifications and let the gift arrive as a complete surprise, with your note waiting inside.

For prospect outreach, it's another chance to make a connection when the gift arrives. For client anniversaries, congratulations, or sympathy gifts, a card tucked into the box adds a personal touch to the moment.

You can also use the digital card and printed note to say two different things. Thank someone when you send the gift, then include a follow-up message for when they open it.

Where to find them

In the Goody store, head to Gifts and filter by "Printed gift note" to see all participating gifts. You'll also find a printed note tag on eligible gifts as you browse.

The launch lineup of 30 brands lets you add notes to cookies from Levain Bakery and Maman, coffee from Blue Bottle and Onyx Coffee Lab, plants from Bloomscape and Easyplant, flowers from H.Bloom, and pantry staples from Brightland and Flamingo Estate.

How it works

1. Pick a gift with a printed note. If your gift offers one, the note is included automatically at checkout. You can also remove it if you'd like.
2. Write your gift message. If it's too long for the brand's card, we'll suggest a shorter version that you can review and edit. You can also write a completely different note. Your digital card keeps the full original message.
3. Send it off. Each brand prints the note on its own card and tucks it in with the gift.
