Vouchers cannot be used for hotel bookings on the mobile device. Booking date must be within 6 months from the purchase dates. Travel dates for the bookings are open. The offer is valid for adults & children only. Enter the (16 digit) gift card number and (6 digit) PIN before making the payment. Any balance amount left on the used gift card can be reused within the validity period. Up to 3 gift cards can be used in a single transaction. If booking value is lower than voucher value minimum transaction fee of 10 AED is applicable. Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
