The E - Gift Cards can be redeemed at Decathlon Sports India’s website, app or in any Decathlon store within India.
The E - Gift Card shall not be used for payment or settlement for third party products & services.
Validity of E- Gift Cards is 1 year from the date of issue & any balance will be forfeited after expiry.
E - Gift Cards can be redeemed on one or more occasions up to the value of the Gift Card or until it reaches the end of the validity period. If the invoice value is above the E - Gift Card value then the balance amount can be paid through other available payment methods.
E - Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Decathlon Sports India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the aforementioned terms and conditions or any part thereof, at any time without giving prior notice, in its sole discretion.

Decathlon INR Gift Card Redemption instructions

Online Redemption:

Log into decathlon.in and add the products you need into the cart. Proceed to payment screen and choose option “Have a gift card”. Enter card no: and the PIN code specific to the particular card (for safety). Balance amount payable if cart value more than the card value, can be paid through other means of payment.

Offline Redemption:

Proceed to the Billing Counter at the decathlon Store and show the PDF of the Gift Card to avail the payment option.. Terms and Conditions

1.Decathlon- Omni Gift Card can be redeemed at Decathlon Retail outlets, App & Online store at www.decathlon.in
2.The validity period of the Omni Gift Card can be from 3 months to 12 months.
3.One Omni Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions.
4.In case invoice value is more than the Omni Gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid through cash/debit/credit card/UPI for Store Purchases and debit/credit card/UPI/net banking for Online purchases.
5.You can use up to 10 gift cards or a max of Rs 10,000 on decathlon.in and app. Retail stores accept up to 10 gift cards with no value limit.
6.The person who has the Omni Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
7.Decathlon is not responsible if the Omni Gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
8.Omni Gift Card is non-refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.Shipping charges will be applied as per the standard charges or promotions on the website at the time of redemption.
10.Decathlon Omni Gift Card can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers on its website.
11.Any dispute related to the Omni Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12.Decathlon shall on a best effort basis attempt to accept Omni Gift Card, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Decathlon, Omni Gift Card may not get accepted on the website, and Decathlon shall have no liability for the same.
13.Decathlon reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Omni Gift Card at any time without any notice or liability.
14.Decathlon has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15.Decathlon reserves the right to deny accepting any Omni Gift Card if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
16.In no event, the liability of Decathlon for any claims shall exceed the value of the Omni Gift Card in dispute.
