The Gift Card is redeemable at Decathlon retail outlets in Malaysia.
The Gift Card issued by Decathlon Malaysia facilitates the purchase of products of Decathlon only and does not permit cash withdrawal.
The Gift Card cannot be used for payment or settlement for third party goods or services.
The validity period of a Gift Card shall be valid for 12 Months from activation.
The Gift Card shall be permitted to be used multiple times as long as there is balance available and Gift Card has not expired.
If the invoice value is above the Gift Card value, then the balance amount shall be paid through debit/credit card/net banking or a permissible mode of payment.
The Gift Card is a non-refundable instrument and cannot be exchanged for cash.
For offline Store purchases, the Customer shall approach the cashier directly and provide the 16-digit Card No. and 6-digit pin of the Gift Card to the cashier.
