Grab's electronic voucher can only be used through the Grab app. Grab e-vouchers are not cash vouchers. Grab e-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or other credits. Grab e-vouchers will not be replaced/refunded if lost, stolen or expired. Grab is not responsible for e-vouchers redeemed or misused by someone other than the intended recipient. Grab is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. The e-voucher cannot be issued/renewed after expiration. The Grab e-voucher cannot be used to purchase other Grab vouchers. Grab e-vouchers can only be used once. Any balance will be forfeited if the value of your use of the service exceeds the value of the Grab e-voucher, any balance will be payable using a different payment method. Grab e-vouchers cannot be recharged/reloaded. Grab e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/vouchers/e-vouchers for the same use. Grab e-vouchers are non-cancellable/refundable. Grab e-vouchers can only be redeemed through the Grab app and can be used for Grab within the country in which the card was issued. After using the Grab e-voucher on the Grab app, the e-voucher will be added to the "My Rewards" section. To use the e-voucher, go to "My Rewards" and select the e-voucher when required. A valid and valid Grab account is required to redeem Grab e-vouchers if the app is unavailable. Users will be prompted to download Grab app from Google Play or Appstore. This voucher can be used with Grab only.
