Terms and conditions
E-vouchers can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Lotus's store in Malaysia. The e-voucher is non-exchangeable nor refundable (i.e., not returnable for cash or a new e-voucher). E-vouchers are stackable, limited to a maximum of RM500 redemption in a single receipt. The minimum spend must be at least the same amount as the e-voucher denomination. No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Lotus’s Cash Voucher denomination. An e-voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), a credit card, or a debit card. The e-voucher is valid for one redemption only. The e-voucher is not valid at the food court or any outlets not operated by Lotus’s. Lotus’s Malaysia will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged, or lost vouchers.
