1. This is a Myntra GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) issued by Pine Labs Limited, which is a company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards. Myntra GV/GC is redeemable against sellers listed on www.myntra.com & Myntra Mobile App only.
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers on its website/app.
4. You can club multiple GV/GCs in a single bill.
5. This GV/GC cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
6. This GV/GC is not applicable for the purchase of items from restricted categories, including Gold & Silver coins, Fine Jewellery.
7. In cases where the order is cancelled, the GV/GC amount shall be refunded to the source GV/GC.
8. If the order value exceeds the GV/GC amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
9. If the order value is less than the amount of the GV/GC, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same GV/GC and can be used for subsequent transactions.
10. The GV/GC is not valid for partial redemption. However, once the GV/GC is added to the Myntra Wallet balance, the balance can be used partially.
11. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. GyFTR/Myntra/Pine Labs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
13. GyFTR/Myntra India reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
14. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
15. Myntra reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of GV/GC.
16. Once the GV/GC has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the GV/GC PIN or GV/GC number. In the event of any misuse of GV/GC due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ Pine Labs shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such GV/GCs.
17. Pine Labs and/or Myntra may cancel a GV/GC at any time without liability if purchased fraudulently or if the beneficiary/KYC details (as per RBI guidelines) are incorrect, insufficient, or invalid. In such cases, funds will be refunded to the original source. You must provide accurate information during purchase, and Myntra may request additional documents as per KYC/AML regulations.
18. You agree and understand that GV/GC are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra/ Pine Labs Limited may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the GV/GC and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the GV/GC and/or transaction undertaken using the GV/GC with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ Pine Labs Limited may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GV/GC for any such information.
19. Neither Pine Labs nor Myntra make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to GV/GC including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a GV/GC is non- functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another GV/GC, for the value remaining in the non-functional card.

Myntra Gift Card Gift Card Redemption instructions

Login to website : https://www.myntra.com/ or Myntra Application. Click on Manage Gift Cards option. Click on Add Gift Card and enter the Gift Card number and PIN. Click on Gift Card or Myntra Credit at the time of payment.

11. Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending.
12.
