The Starbucks Gift Card can be used as a means of payment for purchases made at Starbucks stores located in Mexico operated by Café Sirena, S.A. of C.V. and through the Starbucks Mexico App. Check your balance at participating Starbucks stores located in Mexico, in our Starbucks Mexico App, on our website www.starbucks.com.mx and/or directly at 800 288 08 88. The gift card expires one (1) year from the date of purchase. This Card is not credit or debit, it is not rechargeable, nor redeemable for cash. Its use, theft and/or loss is the responsibility of the user and owner of the same. If you have any problems with your Starbucks gift card, you should contact the customer service center at 800 288 08 88 or tuopinion@starbucks.com.mx. Its use constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Consult terms and conditions, participating stores of the Starbucks gift card at www.starbucks.com.mx. Download the Starbucks Mexico app from your mobile device's app store. Sign in or create an account with the Starbucks Rewards program. Add your certificate to the app: In your profile, select "Payment Methods." Choose "+ Starbucks Card." Enter the Card Number and Security Code provided on your certificate. Use your certificate as a payment method at participating Starbucks stores in Mexico.Additional Information:
If you are already a Starbucks Rewards member, your certificate will be automatically assigned to your account, and you can transfer the balance between your registered cards. If you are not a member, you must register for Starbucks Rewards to use your certificate. Your certificate balance can be checked in the app or on the official website.
