You can spend your Gift Card online at TheToyShop.com and in any Entertainer store. They cannot be redeemed over the phone. Only one Gift Card can be redeemed per transaction. If you have more than one gift card to use, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to merge the gift cards together. Just have the gift card numbers to hand.

When redeeming a digital eGift in store, what do I need to bring to show to the cashier?

The customer must print their eGift (PDF) to present instore.
