Last use is when a Gift E-Voucher has been activated or redeemed. - There are no limitations on how many times a Gift E-Voucher can be used (until the balance is £0.00). Where can I spend my The White Company e-gift cards?

To use your e-gift card online at www.thewhitecompany.com you will be asked to enter two codes when you check out: the 21 digit and the four-digit PIN numbers. Alternatively, it can be redeemed in any UK store excluding concession stores, by presenting the voucher on your mobile device or by providing a printed copy.

Can I use my e-gift card as part payment?

Yes. Customers can pay the difference with their credit or debit card, plastic gift card or a paper gift voucher online, or in store.

How will I know how much money is on the e-gift card I receive?

The email message received with the e-gift card tells the customer the value of the e-gift card.

How can I check my balance?

Simply visit our gift card balance check page and enter the 21 digit number on your e-gift card. Alternatively, you may prefer to visit one of our stores (find your nearest The White Company store), and present the voucher on your mobile device or by providing a printed copy.
