Key points to note:
1. Ticketmaster e-Gift Cards can be used to buy eligible tickets and associated products for UK events online at ticketmaster.co.uk.
2. e-Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase and expire 12 months after activation. Once the e-Gift Card has expired any remaining balance will no longer be available to use.
3. Treat the e-Gift Card like cash - if lost or stolen the balance of funds on the card will be lost.
Your Gift Card has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to use
Select the tickets for your event on ticketmaster.co.uk and proceed to the Checkout Page.
At the checkout select Gift Card as the method of payment.
Enter the 16 or 19 digit Gift Card number, and the 3-digit security number.
If there is still an outstanding balance, you can enter another Gift Card or select another method of payment (credit/debit card), until the total balance is cleared and the booking is complete.
Please note that no more than 5 gift cards can be used in a single purchase.
Please note Ticketmaster Gift Cards are not redeemable against any resale tickets, as they are being sold by other fans and are not sold directly by Ticketmaster.
