The nose opens with light caramel, sweet vanilla and cinnamon, lifted by hints of citrus peel. On the palate, flavors of sweet corn, toasted spice, cherry and manuka honey unfold with a rich, earthy character, leading to a finish of peanut brittle, chocolate orange and dried red berries.
